Negative experience for such a expensive device
"I am writing this review after a deeply frustrating experience with my Posha device. While I was initially excited about the technology, the reality of ownership has been a major disappointment.
1. Poor Reliability and Connectivity:
The device has constant issues connecting to my Wi-Fi, which prevents me from even starting a cooking session. For a product that relies entirely on a cloud-based AI to function, this is a fatal flaw. I have followed all troubleshooting steps, yet the connectivity remains inconsistent at best, rendering the machine effectively useless when it fails to connect.
2. Physical Damage to Property:
Beyond the technical failures, I am incredibly upset that this device has permanently damaged my quartz countertops. The base of the unit has left distinct ring marks where it sits—likely due to a combination of heat and the weight of the unit. Despite trying to clean these marks with standard soap and water, they will not come out. I now have to look into professional restoration for my countertops, which is an unacceptable cost to bear for a kitchen appliance.

Very Good App
The app is very good, i just wish there was ways to customize the meals and remove ingredients.
Great companion to the machine
Works well together with the machine. Easy to find recipes and watch progress. Plan groceries is a plus.
