Has become full of fees and is bulky to use
You can really only sell now if you pay to advertise your listings. It is harder to find actual sellers who are responsive and willing to reply to questions and sell at a reasonable price for used clothing (or even nwt that you can’t return if the fit is off). And with the recent update searching for a specific seller even using the “@“ symbol I can no longer find the specific closets that I want to follow or buy from. Will be moving on to other platforms.

Poshmark does nothing about the mass amounts of replicas
It’s a good app to buy and sell and Poshmark has good seller and buyer protection. There’s a big problem though. Probably about 50% of the designer on there is fake. There is massive stores running replica operations with thousands of replica sales and Poshmark has done nothing to take down so many accounts that posh is now riddled with replicas. I never buy designer without looking through each picture so thoroughly because even buying from massive sellers that Poshmark gave the posh ambassador two badge two there’s still a good chance you’re buying a replica. Report an obvious replica store? Poshmark won’t do anything. It’s a shame they let these accounts get away with thousands of sales even smaller accounts with no action taken so now Poshmark is riddled with replicas. I mean I literally couldn’t find a single authentic Amiri shirt the other day, hundreds of listings all with replicas.

I’ve tried going through customer service for years but maybe this review will help. When you select an 8x11 paper size for the printing label, it puts the 4x6 label smack in the middle of the page with no way of changing it to be all on one side. If you sell enough, all of this trimming is a nightmare and waste of paper.

Scammer
I have opened cases several time because my money is in transit for months however I open a ticket every time and they just simply close it and don’t say anything, I’m not the only one that this has happened to so please be careful.
Sketchy customer service
The only way to contact customer support is via email and they’ve gone weeks without responding to us. They deposited $140 of money that we sold to the wrong Venmo account and REFUSE to send it to us.
CS excellent but app needs work
I’ve had mostly positive experiences on here! Customer service gave me a generous credit when a designer purse I ordered arrived with undisclosed scuff marks.

User Friendly
It takes a minute to get the hang of everything but once you do it’s so simple and user friendly! Love it!

Easy to sell
Poshmark makes it very easy to sell with its AI assistant, making descriptions effortless. The smart selling is also very helpful and I will say with the promoted closet you do get a lot more traffic however, the 20% commission is a killer.

I have been using Poshmark for over 5 years. This recent update with the new main page has been a headache. I liked when it easy to share items and I find searching for items was more straightforward.
It’s frustrating now with the “promote your closet” I definitely feel like my sales are suffering because of it. But as a long term user of the app I really didn’t think I should have to pay more. The fees they take off regular listings are fine.

Poshmark has turned into a scam
they changed it to where even if the person purchasing the item pays the full shipping fee (7.99 i believe), you still have to pay around $15 for it to be shipped, and they take a huge chunk of your earnings. they’re taking $20 from my $60 order, and i’ll have to pay $15 to ship it. make it make sense.

I can’t resell items that are replicas but there’s replicas all over the app. My account just got suspended but everyone else can sell it I’m confused.
