I find myself running on empty with my newborn, the daily affirmations from this app give me a little boost I desperately need after getting very little sleep

I had a really hard time during pregnancy and this app helped me a lot. It felt like the affirmation knew what time to come to really pep me up again and remind myself that’s this is tough but I can get through it.
I really appreciate that you don’t have to make an account or give your details to use it unlike other apps, that always gives me an ick feeling
The app is a little limited in content if you use the free version so I went premium and it was well worth it. Big ups to the app for charging a small one time fee rather then a subscription
