Package damage and product stolen

I have received my dry fruit packet via indiapost when i get packet fully damaged and hole is there , dry fruit stolen , less quantity received.

Not an app

India post does not even know what app really means. Every link gets opened on the browser. You don’t need an “so called app” to do this. Can be done by visiting the website instead. Have a well intelligent software guys to make an application. Don’t hire kids to do it.

App not working

This app is looking like webpage and unable to navigate to see SSYM account or login with the bank account as well. Kindly improve the app like all bank has done
