Package damage and product stolen
I have received my dry fruit packet via indiapost when i get packet fully damaged and hole is there , dry fruit stolen , less quantity received.
Not an app
India post does not even know what app really means. Every link gets opened on the browser. You don’t need an “so called app” to do this. Can be done by visiting the website instead. Have a well intelligent software guys to make an application. Don’t hire kids to do it.
App not working
This app is looking like webpage and unable to navigate to see SSYM account or login with the bank account as well. Kindly improve the app like all bank has done

I have a Postal Life Insurance policy and last three months I am not able to pay the premium through this app. Error showing — The website is under maintenance, Inconvenience is deeply regretted.

Worst app
Doesn’t work at all! Takes ages to load one single thing as if it’s still running on 2g. Please improve it! I had to calculate the postal rate for an international shipment but it takes you to their website inside of showing it on app. Takes forever to after one click! highly disappointed.

Most disgusting app ever . Most of the time there is server issues in app . Now a days there is error in article tracking. I have to check my article that is stuck somewhere but app showing no internet connection always. Pathetic
