Bad App
Downloaded this app as soon as it came out and have had nothing but problems. The games were okay a first however you get nowhere, no leveling up and such so playing the same thing over and over loses its appeal. My loyalty tokens level does not and has never matched up with the website.. so I don’t have access to things on the app that I should according to my actual level on the website. Finally, I have multiple tap bottles in different scents (some brand new) and it won’t accept them saying they’ve already accepted my tap for the day!!
This app has been out for quite awhile now!! Fix it or just get rid of it!! I’ve been a customer for years now and this is by far the most disappointing thing the company has ever put out!!!

Waste of Time
Total waste of time. It doesn’t work more than half the time and even when it does, you don’t actually earn any sort of coupons or rewards.
New Rewards System STINKS!
Pourri products are widely available in my local area so, to avoid paying exorbitant shipping fees online, I would buy products in stores. The old system allowed customers to earn points either by scanning receipts from in store purchases or purchasing directly from Pourri.com. Now, the only way is purchasing direct. I also don’t recall ever being notified as a customer that these changes were taking place.
The new system and this app are also confusing and rewards are extremely difficult to earn. You have to have “energy tokens” to play this one game and then earn a fraction of rewards tokens for spending time doing so. After waiting an eternity to reach a level of rewards to redeem for anything, the options are way less than what there used to be. And what there is available, one must obtain a ridiculous amount of rewards tokens to redeem.
Lastly, after joining the email list a few years ago and not changing any preferences, I’ve apparently been unsubscribed as I never receive emails from Poo-Pourri any longer. Again, after not changing any communication preferences and making sure emails were not being sent to my spam folder. Because of this, I’ve missed out on several new product announcements and possibly deals too.
I’ve communicated to customer service about all of this on two separate occasions and they have been no help and/or don’t care. Subsequent emails have received snarky responses or gone unanswered.
I stopped using aerosol sprays given the environmental impact and my sensitive allergies. Pourri products treat my allergies better and are less of an impact on the environment. After being a customer for several years, however, I’m done. This has been a terrible experience.

Glitchy Game
This game is fun but it is full of flaws. You keep playing without accomplishing anything. It never lets you level up. It seems like it was supposed to let you earn fun badges and merch but that doesn’t happen. I really hope they get it figured out soon or I will quickly lose interest.
Unable to create account
I’ve tried multiple times to create an account with no luck. Tried resetting password to see if maybe an account was created, but the app states there is no account associated with my email
