Not working
Downloaded the app and no items show up at all. No matter what button I press or which way I try to find product products absolutely nothing shows up please fix this
Shipping Options Inflated
In the app there is no option for ground fed ex shipping. On their website, ground fed ex shipping is free after 40$, but on the app the cheapest shipping option is $43 + whatever you buy. No one is spending forty dollars to ship twenty dollars of syrups pls fix this π
Checkout bugs need to be addressed and fixed
You canβt remove anything from your cart, cart doesnβt update, price doesnβt update, you canβt edit your cart. Would be 5/5 if I was able to use and purchase from the app itself.
Whatβs the point of logging in?
Ordering is easy, but it doesnβt show purchase history, no way to track orders and even though youβre logged in, you still have to type out everything for check out, every single time. So, not sure what the point of having an account. You can order from the web as a guest with the same affect.
Why even have an app
While I am logged in to my account in the app, Iβm not sure what the benefit of that is, because literally my only account options are to delete my account lol. I canβt look at my orders Iβve placed in the same account on the website, and therefore canβt check in on tracking progress, much less anything else account related. Iβm not sure what the point is of having an app with such limited functionality. Monin syrups are still great though!
