Shipping Options Inflated
In the app there is no option for ground fed ex shipping. On their website, ground fed ex shipping is free after 40$, but on the app the cheapest shipping option is $43 + whatever you buy. No one is spending forty dollars to ship twenty dollars of syrups pls fix this 😂
Checkout bugs need to be addressed and fixed
You can’t remove anything from your cart, cart doesn’t update, price doesn’t update, you can’t edit your cart. Would be 5/5 if I was able to use and purchase from the app itself.
What’s the point of logging in?
Ordering is easy, but it doesn’t show purchase history, no way to track orders and even though you’re logged in, you still have to type out everything for check out, every single time. So, not sure what the point of having an account. You can order from the web as a guest with the same affect.
Why even have an app
While I am logged in to my account in the app, I’m not sure what the benefit of that is, because literally my only account options are to delete my account lol. I can’t look at my orders I’ve placed in the same account on the website, and therefore can’t check in on tracking progress, much less anything else account related. I’m not sure what the point is of having an app with such limited functionality. Monin syrups are still great though!

Horrible
I have been trying for days to place an order on the web and the app. It’s a terrible experience. The screen freezes and what I am told is in stock is not on the app. I guess you don’t want my business. I even contacted the company and was told in an email what I want is in stock.

Won’t let you buy
Why won’t you update this app so it will allow you to place an order when accessing from an iPad? You have to go to an iPhone to do that. Really poor.

Cart never works
Every time I go to add something to my cart, or check out, it tells me there’s a connectivity problem and to try again later.
Unusable!
Super glitchy, slow, loads of ? In place of pictures not loading. I gave up!
Unable to checkout
I downloaded the app to use a coupon for Cyber Monday but was unable to checkout after several attempts. You also cannot navigate back to the shopping page once in checkout without completely closing the app. I had to order online and didn’t get to use the coupon.
Worthless
Excellent choice to have a Cyber Week App only deal in an App that is unusable and will not allow you to complete a purchase. Bravo.
Mistake…which remains
Alerted MONIN to an error in the app and website. A week later it’s still there. You’d think they might offer a sample product for doing someone’s job for them, but no. Mistakes have become the standard for modern society.

Pitiful
This is the worst app I ever had to deal with RIDICULOUS to say the least!!!!!!!!!!!!
Weak on substance
If all you want to do is place an order it’s an adequate app. If you’re looking for inspiration and recipes don’t waste your time with the app. Go to their web site.
No way to view order history??
Why there is not a way to view my past orders, shipping details, payment details, etc. is beyond me. This seems like a simple requirement on a shopping app.
No order lookup section
The app has no Orders lookup section in the Account tab. Useless.
Amazing Selection, Slow App
I’m not entirely sure if it is just my service or the app itself, but it seems fairly laggy. Other than that, great app and better product!! We love MONIN products here!!
Flavored syrup
This app is easier to use than the website and faster too! Plus I will always remember where to buy from since I now have the app. 😬
Not so hot
Getting credit card and shipping information edited/changed was awful. Did not allow address editing. Did not allow automatic credit card information info for payment, and would not scan a new credit card that had the number on the back (as opposed to front). Not a pleasant experience. I have become used to apps that perform seamlessly and flawlessly. Came very close to canceling the order.

Couldn’t Log In
App is nice..... but it wouldn’t let me log in. So I tried to reset my password, to which it said that there wasn’t an account associated with my email. That was odd since we’ve bought from Monin for years and used the app numerous times.
Soooo, I went to the New Customer section. Filled out all info, to which it then told me that there was an account already associated with my email.
After about 15 minutes of doing things like closing app and reopening and trying to log in again, I gave up and checked out as a guest. Not sure how I’ll ever get this glitch straightened out.
