The app need to be fixed
The fountain works and app will not let me setup a device so can monitor it when I’m not at home
App function do not work
Same as others. I bought the WiFi version so I could keep track of the water level when I’m not home and it does not work. I have sent two help requests and neither have been answered. The fountain is nice but the app sucks.
Useless as far as I can tell
Says my cats water down has normal water level, despite the fact that it was just nearly empty with nothing coming out of it. The only use I see in this app is the ability to manually cycle the clean water or to switch sensor modes. Which can be done just as easily on the actual unit itself. I currently do not trust this app to actually inform me when the clean drinking water level needs to be replenished. Will test it again later and change my review if it actually does at least that.

Terribly made app.
App doesn’t have many features. Push notifications don’t work to notify you when fountain needs changing. You have to open the app and check yourself. App randomly logs you out of your account and doesn’t save login info. After 3 attempts it locks your account as if you had something sensitive to protect??? It’s a fountain. Lower your protections and focus on actually making the app work maybe….
