A start to an app
This needs more work it has potential, but it looks like the company hasn’t done much since release.

This app does not work!
I downloaded the app, opened it and the first screen I encountered was the head up/down, foot up/down remote control feature. I tapped on to the remote commands listed above and a pop up window came out with the message “Please pair with the bed to proceed.” I pressed “Okay” and was then taken to the Settings/Devices screen that displayed a bed icon image along with “iFlex_”(alphanumeric characters) and “Not Connected”. I then clicked on to “Not Connected”. It then connected, but there is no back button on the Settings screen that would return me to the remote control screen of the app, i.e. it stays on the Settings screen. The only way that I can get back on to the remote control screen of the app is by completely closing the app. When I open it again, it loops me through the same endless cycle again.
Add a back button in the Settings section or come up with a solution as this app does not work!

Just ok, still needs some work...
We have a split king power base with multiple apps used simultaneously. IMO, these are the biggest flaws...
1) In the settings on the app... We would love to see an update with the ability to customize and label the “device names” of the beds instead of choosing the long “iFlex” #’s.
2) It would be nice to be able choose & see the color of the underneath lighting without having to touch the light button on the app multiple times to switch colors.
3) the ability to customize and save bed positions would be awesome!

So easy
Easy to use, works well but could be faster on response.
