Simple and works like a charm
If you need to be alerted of an outage while sleeping this app works very well.
Test and worked, needs one tweek
Easy test, plug in, set alarm, unplug, see if alarm goes off. It did. One big suggestion, there is only one alarm sound. I don’t need it to play my music, but not a blaring all alert alarm if possible, some other options would be nice

I never review apps. Ever. But I live in the mid-south and we are currently dealing with the catastrophic ice storm. I was really worried about falling asleep and not knowing if the power went out (I have heat-dependent animals). This worked immediately. I went to sleep and was woken up when my power failed. The ability to delay an alarm is nice, but I am keeping mine on instant. Thank you for making this.

Saved our basement from flooding!
We are in the middle of a multi-day weather event and our power has been off and on due to high winds. Our basement sump pump requires electricity to run and I was worried that the power would go off while I was sleeping and I wouldn’t realize it until morning. I downloaded this app and it has been wonderful. It woke me in time to turn on the generator and save our basement from flooding. Very grateful.

Needs to be made work correctly with voice over!
Totally blind person might buy it if it works, but not working with voice over not!
Does not work in background iOS 18.2.1 on iPhone 16
Tried every setting available and it does not work in the background. Hopefully the next update fixes that issue.

We love this because we are rural and it used to be that anytime the wind blew more than a breeze….hydro would go out. This app allows us to get our generator running for the sump pump at the very least!

I really like this app, and I use it a lot during bad storms, and I just simply have to plug my device in to the charger, and if I don’t have lights on or other things like a tv, I will know if the power goes out, and if I didn’t have the app I would not know that the power went out If I didn’t have any lights or anything on. I would definitely recommend getting this.

Overall, it does its job extremely well and the lifetime premium is definitely worth it. I definitely would recommend to people with frequent power outages.
One thing though: there should be an option to change the alarm sound effect. Why? Because I believe the current alarm sound is too aggressive.

I can’t use it
It worked great but now it’s stopped
Potential if the tick tick is gone
This would be a great app if I could sleep while it’s monitoring. Who wants to try and sleep as it’s going tick tick tick tock. So annoying.
A must have
If you live in a hurricane prone area, this app will let you get some sleep at least till the power goes out!

I tried since a long time to develop it in iOS Shortcuts without success since Shortcuts can’t run while the iPhone is not used for a certain period.

- Do you have a way to send repetitive text message to one or multiple people? Ex.: Send repetitive messages (ex.:10 sec) to myself. In this case, my Apple Watch vibrate every 10 sec until I wake up .

Worked like a charm.
I got this app when power was out and I was runnning on a generator. It alerted me in the middle of the night when the propane ran out. Very simple app. Does what it promises. Worked like a charm. I was glad to pay $0.99 for something that served me so well. May 2024

Not dependable
Maybe it’s me but can’t get it to work properly. Sounds the alarm when activated, being charged, every few minutes. I have an iPhone and am not using the low power feature. Any suggestions, like the idea.
Peace of mind
In a heavy rain our basement stays dry only when our sump pump is working. When power goes out we have a battery backup pump that should activate. However, one time the backup system failed and our basement flooded. If necessary we have a generator. However I need to be aware that power has gone out, which might not be the case if it happens overnight while I’m sleeping. Knowing this product will alert me so I can check the pumps and basement lets me sleep without stressing.

Great App
I’ve used this App during several times very cold temperatures, when the possibility of power loss is great. If the power goes out during the night I need to know so I can take action of draining the pumps for our pool. One small question. Recently the app shows a message by displaying the number 1. I see a restore purchases button and it has removed the notification. Now the number 1 just stays on the screen. I don’t see a way to contact the developer. Over all a great app. Thanks.
