This is the worst app I have ever used. Don’t worry about the app, as you change internet providers there is no way to hook back up to the inverter and absolutely no help.
I am lucky I have batteries and if they are fully charged by 11am I know the system is working. The whole solar scam is just that. If they weren’t selling solar it would be selling illegal smokes.

How do I get the password reset??
No one will answer my requests to reset my password.
Poor functionality
This is up there with the worst apps I’ve ever used. For such an important thing it’s really bad! This last update has slowed it down even more, when you refresh the app to see the current power being made, used, exported etc its showing information from 10 minutes before!

Is absolute rubbish! It’s not in English everything is all over the place - I can’t fix any settings because it’s not in English …
