So much problems

I have 2 Growatt Noah2000 and everytime they get updated, don‘t come back online. Now they are off for 1 month almost. I just don’t want to climb up the carport everytime to reset them. Is there a way do only manual updates. Very upset about this. There should be a way reseting them them through the App and restart Wlan also
