Needs Maintenance to Be Reliable
There’s a charger in town that’s listed in this app, but only one of the two chargers is actually usable. One charger has been broken for a long time. I’ve reported it before, and while the equipment appears physically repaired, it still isn’t operational.
The remaining charger is almost always occupied by a Tesla that stays plugged in for most of the day, making it nearly impossible to charge for short visits. I often go to a nearby yoga studio and can’t even get an hour of charging in.
The location could be great, but until both chargers are truly functional, it’s not reliable. I’d love to see this fixed so the station is actually usable for more than one car at a time.

No charge available in NC’s RTP!
Tried to charge at Research Triangle Park’s Boxyard location, but the app’s just spinning and won’t allow acceptance of terms of service. Not acceptable in this tech savvy area of North Carolina. Avoid!

Terrible charger
I had this EV charger installed in our condo and it is undoubtedly the worst charger and app that exist in the market. It only works about 30 percent of the time. The app is pathetic!
Terrible App
This app constantly freezes on my IPhone and it only allows carving about 50 percent of the time. It is the worst app I have run across in many years.
Is this a joke?
Worst charging experience I’ve had an almost a year. Full stop. I pulled up to the charger and there is no prompt on the screen. I plugged in and the charger said I plugged in and showed a start button. I click the start button and it says you need to continue with the app. So, I go to the App Store and download the app, and it says to enter the station number. I cannot stress this enough: There is no station number anywhere near the charger! I looked for a good 10 minutes. Then, I open the map and the station does not show up on their map in the app. I’d rather drive 15 minutes to another charger than deal with this waste of a perfectly good parking space and good taxpayer money, in the pouring rain!

Worst EV app ever
Poor UI. Took me 20 minutes just to figure out how to get past the “terms and conditions“ part of the app after I downloaded it - I clicked literally everything on the screen, read all of the policies online and it turned out there was a tiny little dot in the middle of the screen that you had to click in order to proceed. But by then I had to given up unplugged my car and gone away.
I would never use this if I didn’t have to but a place I regularly plug in has replaced their old chargers with new ones that use this network (which I’ve never seen before anywhere). Hopefully next time I can actually get it to work and charge my car, but we shall see…

Awful!!!
Finds no charging points wether on map or with charger-ID! Awful App
$10 to try
No competitor forces user to cough up $10. No wonder nobody uses these chargers ever.
Could not remote charge
Created account to use charger at the Ferry Terminal in Lewes, MD. Added $10 then got message they could not activate the charger. No way to get refund.
App won’t even open
Just get a “thinking wheel” spinning
Invalid Charger ID
App just says invalid charger ID for all the chargers in the parking garage.
Terrible support
Finally got through to support. They refuse to refund $10, even though the chargers were not functioning after they took the money. Very strange in this day and age to encounter such a poor level of customer care.

For some reasons, I could not sign up with google account, but I was able to with Apple account. As I use this with my phone, this is just fine. But I wonder that was issue with other users who gave a low rating..

Terrible APP
Found a charger at a Subaru in Cary NC. Plugged in to find i have to download an app for this charging station to work. Tried to sign up. Nothing Happens just keeps spinning and spinning. Its a Saturday and looked on the main website. Closed weekends. Dont waste your time people.
