Policy sign offs
Spent forty minutes signing off on documents only to have to redo on the website. Life too short to waste on this garbage
Dark view
My phone is set to dark view. The colors on the app are inverted making all my documents impossible to read. Nowhere in the app is there a setting to change it to light mode, only on each individual document when you open it.

When using SSO you constantly have to uninstall and reinstall in order to log in. Can’t wait to find a way to get rid of PowerDMS.
Terrible
Unified sign in broken. App sign errors out %90 of the time on iPhone and iPad.
Dark Mode inverted Colors
I really enjoy using this app; it functions well and meets my needs. However, I’ve noticed an issue when using the dark mode. Some of the content I rely on for work becomes difficult to see because the colors are inverted. This seems to be a specific issue with dark mode. I would appreciate it if this could be addressed, as I love using dark mode! Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Can’t send pdf files
It won’t let me e-mail PDF files with my Apple Phone anymore. It used to work, but now it does not. It does work on android phones. Need to get this fixed.
Stuck in a loop
Ever since the update myself and some others have an issue where we try to open the app and it just gets stuck in a sign in loop over and over. Please fix this so our 2500 staff can see our policies.
Login fails
When I enter my user name and password, it loops back to the site page over and over again preventing me from getting into the program. Using iPad Pro 11” with OS18.2.1
Unusable with an iPhone
Hard to use an app that won’t even let you log in. It’s been like this for almost 2 months and it doesn’t seem like the developers really care that half their users can’t use the app because it still isn’t fixed.
App not working since new IOS system
Since the new IOS update the app is not working. I have uninstalled and installed back and nothing works. You put in your site key then user name and password and it takes you back to the screen to enter your site key that has been erased.

Lots of bugs.
App login is giving issues, it kicks you back when you input site ID. Face ID keeps resetting and keeps asking me if I want to use Face ID to sign documents, even after putting confirm or don’t ask again it keeps popping up.
Lately any documents that the agency gets out aren’t opening AT ALL, all I see is a button in the middle of the screen with a “retry” option which is worthless and does not work. Tried contacting support and yet to receive a response. FIX IT PLEASE!

Won’t even let me sign in
App doesn’t even let me sign in. Once I put the site key, it asks for a log in. All I put is my email and then it kicks me back to the site key page. All the information is correct. It was working fine before.

Signing in
About every other week I get logged out and have to log back in. Kind of annoying.
Facial Recognition does not work
Facial recognition always stops working after a couple of weeks. I’m always having to uninstall and reinstall. Such a pain!
