The app has not been updated in a very long time. It seems was written for iPhone 4 and just left it.
At a stage when the app has black bars top and bottom in 2022 need to be removed from the App Store even if the service is good. I have been using the service since 2014, but at this stage the app is embarrassing.

Registration seems broken
Registration seems broken. When I try to sign up, after filling my details and clicking done, the app just crashes. Wouldn’t waste time here.

Hi purchased R2000 worth of electricity, and the wallet reflected the amount of credit.
I then tried to buy electricity, and it claimed: “I have registered an account with an invalid email & my account is blocked”, which is completely inaccurate.
Clearly their default block response.
App needs improvement, and no after hours support. So I had to resort to using Fnb.
Thank god for FNB.

Whilst I read many ‘accolades’ about the app, the service falls very short. I give one star but actually wanted a negative star -1
Every time I pay money into the wallet it takes hours to show even though it is from the same bank. Other apps update immediately and let me transact.

Can't log in
Registered on website then downloaded app. Didn't want me to log in, reset password and entered new password. Tried on app and website, still says wrong credentials! Pathetic!

I have many meters loaded and so I would like to see the name of the meters appear on the app. Because I'm not going to remember the meter numbers and who they belong to. Also I would like to increase my own spend limit and not have to contact you to do it for me.

Problem with an expired card
I tried several times to remove a card and add a new card for a previous expired card, it is a nightmare. I’m not nearby a shop at this moment to buy a voucher!!!!!
