Completely broken
The app hasn’t worked for a week now. No timescale for a fix, seemingly no rush to roll back a botched update.

Useless app
This app is useless. Keeps logging me out after very annoying to have to type in my password every single time.

Even worst after the Daddy takeover, wrong metrics, no multiple accounts, limited functionality. This is not some freebie.. We pay for service and we get this ridiculous app. Get a grip, fix it please.

Why do i have to sign in everytime I want to use the app!!! This was not like this before. And yes “keep me signed in” checked! Iphone 12 pro with ios 16.
Good App
This app is fine for quickly seeing sales for the day and looking at transactions. But if you want to do anything more than that you’re probably better off using a computer and a web browser. This is the case for most smartphone apps so I’m not going to rate it too harshly because of it. Something are just difficult or impossible to do on a tiny phone screen.

Can’t log
I’m not able to log in with app. Only on website... It would be great if I can do with my cellphone or Ipad. Don’t recommand
Login crash
The app hasn’t been working for months. I’ve changed the passwords. Deleted and re downloaded the app. It just doesn’t allow log in anymore. And it seems like they’re in no rush to fix it either. Previously I enjoyed the app even with the limited functions vs browser
Can’t switch to different business
I have an iPhone 11 Pro and when I try to switch to a different business, the option for that is not visible including when I need to logo out. Please fix this.

Lacks basic functionality
The app, like Poynt itself, lacks basic point of sale functionality. It reports, extensively, on the dollar amounts of individual sales, whether said sale is CC, debit, or cash. It logs biggest tips. It does not, however, have anything at all to say about what items are selling or What category is selling. I don’t care that customer one spent $15 and tipped $2. Or that customer two spent $30 with no tip. I want to know what the heck they bought. Stick with TouchBistro or even Talech. Update: the app has lost its ability to display data from before January 2019. Very slow response from support. No timeline for fixing the bug. They found a way to make a poor app worse. Further update: app is only capable of showing data from the current month. Waste of money. Horrible, horrible system. Another update: finally fixed the the bug. That’s the level of support you can expect: 2 months to fix a bug that renders their app worthless. Update: we’re $3600 into our lease. Battery life on the unit is 30 minutes. Avoid. Square is cheaper. Has better support. Further update: it now takes up to an hour to generate any kind of report from the web site. Seriously? 1 hour to see how many T-shirts I sold last week? Avoid. Do not buy.

Each time I put in my login details , doesn’t recognise them , yet when I go on safari works perfectly fine.

Tap isn’t working and Elavon is saying they are working on an update. Spent nearly $1200 on this machine and this is our 2nd month.

Amazing visibility. Feeling in control of the business.
Real-time sales is just the start. Knowing who the customers are is key. But being able to remotely manage the Poynt terminals is amazing. Viewing batch, making changes and submitting settlements from an iPhone? That's power!
