Btw, I used to settled most of my bills (for non credit card bills) using PPS, I basically quitter PPS now as I cannot log in my account before setting up a nickname

Very bad
Don’t know why always showed me to update the latest version. In fact, it is updated version already! I have no choice, can’t use mobile to pay, change back to use my computer to login to pay.

Unable to use on iOS16
The iOS16 beta was out for months, and it finally comes to live. But the PPS dev team hasn’t taken action to cater the update and now it crashes on iOS16. Had tried reinstalling the app but still doesn’t work.

Cannot login - keep loading
Cannot login - keep displaying “Internet Connection Failed Please check network settings”. But I can login other apps without any issue.

The apps can’t open. Have to download once more and use only one time, then have to download again next time. What’s happening?

Super user UNfriendly user interface
U take 5+ steps to make a payment. And that the user interface is trash. It always takes u to the main menu which is useless. People login the app for payment not your trash promotion page.
Face ID is a good start
Finally seeing some development in this app. Although the web-based design is still terrible, the screens for Face ID are well designed. Hope to see a full native app soon.

Hi , improvement? Before you update this app, this problem didn’t happen. And after you have made some “improvements “ and it is worse than before.
Face/finger print recognition
When all apps of financial institutions in HK have such simple function for years, when will EPS start to work on this features? I will like EPS will be soon be out in the market if they keep having this lazy mindset.

This app is so outdated there’s no difference from the website whatsoever. Where’s the biometric authorization? There’s literally thousands of apps that they can copy from.

The app interface is so outdated, and until now no option for biological login like facial recognition or fingerprint.

Don’t want an app name with Chinese and English together when the phone language is set to English, not quite in harmony with other apps. Please change from PPS繳費靈 to PPSHK or PPS Mobile.
