I have never received the otp on my email tried 100 times. I am not able to log in the app without email verification

Great Content but clumsy app
The content is of the highest quality but the app let's the whole experience down.
Singing in from Google account is problematic and even after taking the subscription it keeps showing message to upgrade the subscription.
Since app is clumsy, I have to reduce the rating.
