Not able to watch live sports
I’m currently running a premium subscription of Sony liv and everything is running but live cricket and live football is not working even if I have subscription to that.
You are selling Us the movies, so why are you controlling how we ate watching it?
As a paying subscriber, I expect to have control over
what I watch. One major issue is that the app automatically starts another movie immediately after the content ends, without giving enough opportunity to watch the complete end credits.
I may skip the intro at the beginning because I don't yet know whether I will enjoy the movie. But if I end up loving it, I should have the right to watch the end credits and know who worked behind the movie-music, cinematography, editing, action, VFX, and other technical departments.
The end credits are part of the movie, and the artists and technicians deserve to have their work properly acknowledged. Automatically pushing another movie feels like the platform is prioritizing engagement over the viewer's choice.
Please provide a clear "Watch Credits" option before automatically starting another movie. Paying subscribers should have the choice to watch the complete content they paid for.

Update: The “so-called” helpline number they are sharing is even worse than the app itself!!! Its a stupid interactive menu designed to ensure you never get your issue resolved! Dont fall for this! DO NOT TAKE THIS SCAM SUBSCRIPTION!
