Broken Cross Platform subscription

Paid £19.99 for 3 months through Apple and the subscription only works properly on my iPhone. Same JioHotstar account on Android asks me to subscribe again, and Web doesn’t even allow email login. For a service advertising access across mobile, TV and laptop, the account and subscription experience is badly broken. Please fix cross-platform entitlement and login support.

No livestream in Canada

I subscribed this app to watch livestream and before TV as advertised in the launching for Canada but was disappointed to see no live or bonus content is available. Waste of money.

Incomplete shows

This app is supposed to help us watch Indian shows in foreign countries but most shows only have the latest season on this app. Shows such as Rodies only has like 15 episodes of season 19 and Khatron ke khiladi doesn’t have any other seasons except for the latest one. Even laughter chefs’ season 1 doesn’t exist on this app which is quite disappointing.
