Not worth it
The AI voice is not natural enough for the money they are asking for, the app is there are bugs and errors daily, it lags when talking to the AI. Hard pass for me
Thought that it was going to teach normal conversation
I was excited because I’ve been doing Duolingo for eight months and still I’m not grasping how to converse. This thing blew up and smoke a bunch of Spanish when I already said that I was uneasy speaking it. It went on and on for speaking in heavy Spanish and then asking for a response. I couldn’t put three words together. Not good

If you’re learning German go elsewhere. There are no explanations of why words need to change - they’re simply changed (surprise!!) it’s highly frustrating as you have to ask the AI who seems to be quite inadequate at teaching

I love the app but some things need changing.
the tutors are not realistic as in the adverts,
I would love
to have a real looking one and not a cartoon one.
Also, when you’re in full screen mode, the tutor speaks but the text section is small so basically when you’re being asked something you need to respond, the question doesn’t stay on screen, so sometimes it’s difficult to remember the question and this disappears from screen.
Additionally, ot would be good to follow a plan, the teaching is sort of all over and it doesn’t explain what phrases you’re saying unless you ask the tutor.

Doesn’t adapt
I need a tool that adapts lessons to feedback. Once the plan is set, nothing adapts. You get better it doesn’t. Sorry I paid for this. Live and learn

I’m extremely disappointed to have been charged a subscription fee a year after I cancelled my subscription.
I have contacted customer service twice by email regarding this issue, yet I have received no response whatsoever. This level of customer service is unacceptable, particularly when customers are being charged for a subscription they have already cancelled.
I strongly recommend not using this app until the company improves its customer service and provides clear, transparent information about its subscription and cancellation policies.
If you are considering signing up, be very cautious about your subscription and cancellation terms.

WORST APP
I had subscribed to the free trial for seven days and given my card information, and the money went as soon as I gave the card information, and it did not wait for seven days. After that I went to Apple for a refund, and Praktika denied Apple to give me a refund. Then I have been on back and forth with praktika’s nonsense customer service for two months now. They have been giving me hopes of refund for so long. I have wasted my time, and now they have denied it yet again. I have been wasting my time and money on this nonsense app that is not even nice, and they're just trying to steal your money. Don't install this app. As a student, I have lost my money on this, and I will definitely not recommend installing this. There are way better apps out there.

Disappointed
When I saw the commercial on YouTube, I thought this was just what I was looking for. The reality is the opposite, however. I chose the free version which is much more limited than the paid version I suppose. I found it very difficult to follow the AI tutor in my target language, and when it switched to English., I found it impossible to understand what it was saying. I could read on the screen that it was writing English, but the accent speaking was absolutely incomprehensible. You have to wonder why a language program with AI capabilities would put an incomprehensible for an accent speaking instead of a crisp native accent. In any event, I do not recommend this program.

Can’t learn a foreing language with a foreing alphabeth…. I need a common ground I can understand..
Japanese language support
The ai teacher read the kanji, the furigana and romaji for the same sentence. So it sometime repeat itself 3 times.

Good but lacks content
The actual app is good, the learning style is amazing as you can practice in realistic scenarios. The biggest downside and only reason why Ive only used it a handful of times is the lack of language choices. There has been so many updates focusing on unnecessary things instead of adding more languages like people are asking for
