Uh? Rated my Spanish without asking me any Spanish?
I spent 20 minutes answering questions that didn’t pertain to much of anything. Ultimately just telling it over and over again what I wanted to learn. Without even assessing my Spanish or asking me a single question in another language, it assigned me a level. And then asked for money. Nah I am good.

Great app but can’t seem to cancel
I have submitted a request to cancel my subscription on multiple occasions, as I no longer need it. Keep getting a response asking me if I want to continue and then saying they haven’t heard back from me when in fact, I’ve responded every time. I have followed the instructions to try and cancel the app on my own and no luck with that either. Very frustrated.

Nothing like ads
They trick you into downloading the app with ads with their new AI models. Then when you download the app and start a conversation, you get to choose your first tutor. Once it actually generates a lesson plan, it will then lock all the tutors but one. A voice named Henry, whose sounds like 2012 Google translate. All robot like and not natural unlike the AI models they advertise. So all the selections you made in the beginning, it’s just a waste of time. They trick you into signing up and then put it behind 119 a year paywall if you want what they advertised. I get the apps need to make money, but you’re using AI. You’re relying on a computer to do all the work for you. And turn costing less for not having to use a real translator. Make it make sense.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
The customer service is terrible!!! I’ve been getting charged for a subscription and have reached out many times to customer service to cancel but no one responds. Once and AI bot messaged me but said they can’t find my account and then ignored all my requests to stop the charges on my card but I’m still getting billed and ignored. This company is the worse.
