Common Pranayama Guide A new section on the Discover tab gives you a readable reference for 16 common pranayama techniques — Square Breathing, Nadi Shodhana, Bhastrika, Kapalbhati, and more. Techniques are grouped into three categories (Everyday / Intermediate, Energising / Forceful, Advanced / Learn with Care) and each card shows the suggested ratio, breath port, phase sounds, a caution note, and a short how-to. No buttons, no timers — just knowledge to read at your own pace. Fully available in English and Hindi. Personalise your practice more easily You can now reorder your exercise set by dragging, create your own breathing technique without leaving the Edit Practice screen, and deep-edit any technique with a single tap on the pencil icon. Safer technique creation If you have a recorded health condition (high blood pressure, heart condition, asthma, or recovering from illness), the Create Your Own screen now shows a personalised rhythm-warning banner to help you configure a safe ratio.
