Super clunky, it bugs when you’re doing your self assessment and to access your digital ID you have to sign in every time and if you turn off your phone it times out. So you end up standing at the gate trying to put in your info.

Presumably one would assume that a school with a prodigious design department might allocate some resources to creating an intuitive and useful app. Seems as though they haven’t. Janky, and irredeemably confusing interface.
