No customer support.
I can’t log into my account. The password reset options aren’t working. My emails go unanswered. I have over $1000 invested and I’m locked out with no options. I think it’s a scam.

What???? This is a scam . I won my money . They took my account have all the proof gunna go to the cops . Can’t withdraw $$$ then they close my account .
Stole money
Once they noticed I wanted to withdraw my money. They changed my password, I tried forgot password but they never sent an email. Tried contacting support no answer after 5 months. It’s a scam. They let you fund your account but they glitched out the withdraw button and automatically goes to deposit.

Used PS for years. It was great, when it worked.
Around Jan 2026 they turned off withdrawals. By mid Feb 2026, the app stopped working. No one is able to log in and the owners / socials have gone completely dark on everyone.
If Brad C or Devin H read this: SEND EVERYONES REMAINING ACCOUNT BALANCES TO THEIR ATTACHED BANKS!

Scam
Had $80 available to withdraw then once I did withdraw it after about 3 days of waiting it returned to my account and said there was an error and wouldn’t let me withdraw again. I emailed the support multiple times but no response and now im kicked out of my account and when I click forgot password I still get no email. They basically just took the money I put in for themselves and didn’t give me what I earned from winning.

Never received my payout
I sold my football shares in January and still haven’t received my money the amount they owe me is $420 I have sent several emails with no reply and no one answers the phone. Beware if you use this app

HORRIBLE!!!!! Emailed them multiples times to get back into my account that has money in it and they will not get back to me. I’ve even messaged them in instagram and still nothing. NEVER USE THIS APP

This app will take your money I tried to withdraw $100 and it said will be there 1-3 business days and it wasn’t there I tried again 3 more times and still haven’t gotten my money

The worst support service ever, I sent an email in last 3 weeks and i got an automated message saying that they got the msg and they will reply in 3 business days. I sent another email the following week and this week still no answer.
