Everything about the service is great. However, the app doesn’t show my reservations. It will let me book one; but it doesn’t show up. Have to go to the site to see it.
Same issue as another reviewer. Using the lookup by conf # feature, it asks me to login (even though I’m already logged in). Take me to the setting screen, then when I go back, it’s gone. Not very useful.

Obscene rates
Used to love using this service. $15/day for 1st floor in 2021, then $20 in 2023, and now $25 in 2026. I’ll look elsewhere.
App is still mostly useless
I have an account and have purchased parking several times via the website while logged into my account. I’m logged into the same account on the app, but reservations booked refuse the show. I enter the confirmation number, it confirms a reservation was found, and the app asks me to log into even though I’m logged in. The next screen just randomly brings me to my settings. Then if I navigate back to reservations, it’s empty. I can’t get around this.
So for the time being I still have to print my confirmation and barcode to scan and then make sure I have the print out throughout my travels. The app is only good to track the shuttles.

rezzie wont show up despite being logged in and making the rezzie in the app. have to print out voucher or screenshot it for phone. pointless app that cant do the basics
App is bricked
Pre-Flight has treated me right but in the last few weeks the app no longer shows my reservations. Hopefully my email code works
App doesn’t find reservation
Doesn’t show my reservation. It finds it when I search but tells me to log in. I’m already logged in. Logging out and back in didn’t work. The app is not good.
Flaky app
Routinely unable to login or have errors in app. Happens 2-3 times per year.
Still broke and no one wants to fix
I have used their services for several years, but their app doesn’t work for location and for reservations. I have three devices I’ve logged onto and cannot get the app to work, they blame my devices and their final resolution is to use a desktop and print out my barcode. That’s great IT service!!!
Reservation Access in App
I love the convenience of being able to purchase parking ahead of time, however, unlike other apps, there is no way to access your upcoming reservations within the app. In order for me to scan at the parking garage, I have to use the barcode from the email that was sent. Wouldn’t it make more sense to have these barcodes available within the app? There is a whole section in the app for reservations, but it never shows anything that I have purchased. I really hope this gets fixed in a future update.

Never shows reservation
My app has a blank screen under reservations section even after i make a reservation. I have to rely on it being sent to my email. Very frustrating as much as i park there to have to dig thru my emails to find it. My husbands app works just fine so i know it’s just a glitch in my profile.
No reservations
The app never saves reservations, so you have to log into the website from your phone to get the option to save a reservation to Apple Wallet. They're response is this is a "known issue" for over a year

My reservation is not showing in my app. Super frustrating. I’ve deleted the application. Phone and added an updated version and it still does not show.

Reservations not showing in the App
The App has some bad flaws. Reservations never show up in the App, just a blank Screen. This is on an iPhone.

I love preflight. They offer good parking service in a decent price range. However, when it comes to their app, it needs a significant change. Every time I enter the app, the app never shows any of my reservation. It shows an empty white screen. No matter how I try, I was not successful. Developers should update this app because I choose other parking lots more frequently because the app is not working while every other app works. I’m running the app from Iphone 16.

Does Not Show Reservations
I purchased parking for an upcoming trip. The app will not pull up my reservation. It just shows a blank page. I have signed out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the app itself, and still nothing. I reviewed my credit card and the website to verify everything went through. The website was fine; however, the App needs work.

Getting a shuttle from airport takes a REALLY long time
They’re parking facilities are nice. But I don’t think I’ve ever waited so long for a shuttle that picks you up at the airport to take you to the parking facility. After a long day of travel, waiting 25 minutes or more for a shuttle seems excessive. Maybe they only have one or two buses… But I’d recommend they get more. Use The Parking Spot instead… I’ve seen eight of their shuttles while waiting for one of Pre Flights to come by.

New app is awful
Can’t see reservations made online in the app. All contact emails are put in incorrectly making the contact us/help button ineffective. Love this service but the new app is awful.
Parking is good. App is terrible
I can’t get any of my old reservations removed from my wallet. Everytime I pass the airport, the old reservations pop up in my phone.
