I absolutely loved having this app and taking this course before becoming a first time mom! Nina is so knowledgeable and there is so much helpful information in this 8 week course like how your partner can support you, nutrition, exercise, and even for when you’re labor and postpartum! So much better than endlessly googling, asking AI, or searching on social media for any answers to your questions. I went into birth informed and empowered because of this course! 10/10 recommend!

Truly so helpful!
This app provided us with so much knowledge that we were ready and confident going into labor. Based of this knowledge and prep I was able to have my first baby so smoothly. Being prepared helped take away the fear I had over giving birth and gave me the tools I needed to enjoy and take on the labor process. I highly recommend me this app to any mamas who want to feel more confident in their birthing process!

Finally, a maternity app that truly gets it. It feels modern, inclusive, and filled with real-life advice I can actually relate to. You can tell the creator poured her heart into it. I’m so glad I found an app that is made for this generation and for the average moms like me.
