Referrals are a joke.

I keep getting different leads to the same houses from people who can’t prequalify. And the people who eventually buy a home, it’s months a work and 20 homes later on my end.

Your referral rates are a joke and need to on a sliding scale. For example, your 30%-40% fee should go down by 5% with every house I have to show.

Lame

You pay a company over $100,000 and their services never work & you can never speak to a real person. Extremely frustrating.

Waste of money for me

I signed up for a zip code that was in my area. I signed up for a 6 month period paying 1800$ a month. I am on my 5th month and have yet to be connected with any real leads. I have been called and picked up at least a dozen potential leads but not one single connection has been legitimate. So disappointed. I had hopes of at least picking up a couple leads but I have yet to speak with one single person.

Missed calls

It doesn’t connect with my Apple Watch, so whenever I get a call from lead generation, I have to have my phone in hand because my watch only tells me than I missed a call.
So frustrating!!

Good but could be more consistent…

I like how the app links to FUB but I wish you would have to use the FUB phone number vs your actual number since different services respond at different rates. Also, when the calls come in it’s hard to decipher if I’m supposed to be pressing 1 or if I need to hit the green button in the app because the app is so delayed in sending the push notification after the call is answered - So I end missing it since I’m not sure what I’m supposed to be doing - A lil frustrating.

Their support is bad

I need help with my account. Both their automated chat and phone support will not work with me since they are unable to associate my phone or email to an account. The same email that I can login with and the same phone number in my profile.

Property page doesn’t open

I have missed so many opportunities because after I answer the phone, the property page doesn’t show up. It will start giving the person’s name and info but my screen still has the page from when I first answer. You can’t accept a lead when the accept button isn’t there to press. Often times, I’m trying to get it to do something and someone else claims it. It’s super frustrating!!

Glitches

The app appears to need some updating. Every time I open the app it freezes so I have to back out and close the app out and then open it back up again

Fake leads

I spent 2000$ on this app and they gave me nothing but fake leads a waste of money I wouldn’t suggest it for no one

HORRIBLE

I use to get great leads from Zillow… this year has been AWFUL! They call with a lead and then it’s like ooppp sorry they didn’t come to the phone. I’m very frustrated. I will no longer be spending my hard earned money on Zillow. Can’t get anyone to email back or chat back on support. It’s like they are coming up with fake leads just so they can say they sent you X amount of “connections” garbage. If I could give ZERO starts. I would.

Horrible waste of money

Zillow is so dishonest and inept. They just steal your money well, they let people like inspectors and house cleaners use all your leads use your paid leads. You would get better. Real Estate leads holding a cardboard sign up on a street corner.

Zillow leads monthly pay

Zillow had the best lead service available. Since january of 2025 they changed all the direct connections and they do not pre vet leads anymore. Most leads will can el the showing the day of or never show up. They will send maybe 1-2 leads a month that are ready to go and want to go through the process. Ive asked for refunds for the month many times. They need to go back to the lead systems they had in 2023 where real people verified the leads ahead of time. This service has gone way down hill. They have done nothing that I know of to help give agents an advantage in the market, they just keep pushing more monthly money for each agent. They arent hearing all the problems and they do not want to fix anything. August 2025

If I could give 0 stars I would

I was using Zillow premier agent and I was unhappy with it so I reached out to my rep and told her I was not sure if I wanted to continue. She sent me a picture of my subscription and it said canceled right next to it so as anyone else would’ve thought, I believed she canceled it. Well, that wasn’t the case, a month later I get charged almost $400 for this horrible service. I’ve been trying to reach out to Zillow via phone, Facebook, and their help support website and after at least two months I have gotten nothing back. I am currently disputing the charge of my credit card company, which has been a whole other nightmare, but I would never recommend Zillow to anyone.

Frozen App

I have deleted and reinstalled this app several times. It continues to freeze up when I get a lead

Buttons Don’t Work

Most of the time the buttons like ‘connect’ do not work. Especially if you have another app open when you receive a call. So you have to frantically close all apps before taking a call. AND, you get to spend hundreds of/thousands of dollars for this feature

Poor service for what people pay

Service from Zillow is subpar at best. Horrible most days. They over charge.

If I could give zero stars to Zillow, I absolutely would

I subscribed to Zillow’s lead program for over a year, spending more than $3,000 per month, and the experience has been nothing short of a disaster. The leads were consistently poor quality—many were already working with other agents, uninterested in buying, or simply confused individuals upset about open houses that didn’t even exist.

Despite the high cost, the return was abysmal. In the last three months alone, I received zero viable leads. When I called to cancel the service due to its ineffectiveness, I was assured it would be handled. Yet months later, I was shocked to receive a collections notice from Zillow for charges I do not owe.

This behavior feels deceptive and exploitative. Zillow continues to charge agents exorbitant fees for worthless leads, then turns around and sends them to collections when they try to walk away. It’s unethical, and frankly, outrageous that a company operating this way is still in business.

Something needs to change. This is not just bad service—it borders on fraud.
