Love my card
Love this card I had ever since my two son in high school junior high elementary. I wish I would’ve talked about it in West Virginia but it’s a good card I love it and I can always by my sons when I need it. My son used it for crafts for school and craft day lunch day mystery day days school. I’m mainly for science when I didn’t have enough so please understand question for any card that you get really a payday card and please don’t get no loans because they offer hard to pay, but we understanding be willing. Please don’t get no payday loans at all.

I don’t like how the app automatically scans your Face ID after you’ve selected to log out. That just takes you right back into another session! SMH
Poor layout
I wish the app had more complex options and information. My card is showing less money than I know was on it, when I went to check the transactions, they weren’t available. There has been a few other inconveniences with the simplicity of this app.

Really needs to stop with the pop ups to write a review. This is the 10th pop up I gave stars too every single time but no review. Hopefully by writing this review the pop ups will stop.

Lowest credit I have on any cards and most expensive across the board … most likely will shut the car down and the rest of my families when I have a chance
No Card In App
The credit card program is good but I want to make a debit card payment and there isn’t an option to do it through the app. When I attempted to make the payment on the phone with the debit it declined. Called my bank and they said there was no transaction attempted. I just wanna pay my credit card lol and it’s annoying having to make calls. Anyways I had to add my bank information and that’s gonna take days! 😫

They kept canceling my payments
I made a payment and they cancelled it and scheduled it for the next day, the next day it was canceled again and scheduled for the next day. For no reason. They better not do it again until my payment is late.

I don’t know why you guys wait until the day AFTER a payment is due to send a reminder!!!! Look at my account, I always pay my bill!!! Then you charge $40 for a late fee!!! 🤬🤬🤬

First premier was my very 1st credit card and I can recall when I opened my account just how friendly, welcoming, kind, and considerate staff was from the start! First premier is now my children 1st credit card and I recommend anyone looking to build their credit and future to start here! App Issues
The app is not letting me into my account and the customer service agent basically said good luck and did nothing to help. They didn’t submit a ticket nor did they transfer me to IT. Bad experience. I still can’t log in. I was just told to use a laptop but can’t carry it with me to check when I need. Not as convenient as accessing my finances on my phone.
