Closed Account
I closed both my accounts today and both accounts had zero balances yesterday. The one for some reason had a balance of $12.11 which was a service charge. It would’ve been nice if they just voided that service charge seeing as the balance was just zero yesterday. I was unable to call yesterday because you were closed. This is why I closed these accounts was because of the monthly and yearly service charges

I called at 7:43 am … the stupid teleprompter say the normal business hours is 7 AM central time to 9 PM Butt saying at 7:43 AM the business is still closed

It bothers me that I make a payment and it takes a week to post even after it’s already come out of my bank account and that is unacceptable. The payment has come out of my bank account. It has been reduced from my balance owed, but I still have nothing available.

They offer a credit line extension for my first credit card and instead sent me a second credit card which I now have two cards with an annual fee pretty messed up

Es rápida y fácil de usar, hasta ahora me funciona muy bien me dieron esta tarjeta sin tener buenos puntos y me ayudó a subir mi puntaje, me dieron más crédito que en otras, lo único malo es que no tiene tarjeta digital pero puedes poner la tarjeta manualmente y funciona pagar con tap y en compras en línea
