Slow
My apartment complex had this and literally had to switch because so many people were complaining about how slow the app is. The app itself only opens like 50% of the time and then when it does open, it takes like up to a minute to unlock your door.

Currently locked out of my apartment because of an outage it’s 90 degrees out and they aren’t moving quickly to resolve the issue!
Unacceptably broken
Cannot get this to work on a normal iphone, their support team gave up on it. Prempoint will recommend you convince your landlord to provide you with a prempoint fob; those with experience working with landlords probably know that's a big sell...
Genuinely this is the only app I've used on my phone that just doesn't work, and being able to access your housing is too important for a gimmick app to lock you out. Observing others using it, even when it does work it's usually incredibly slow.

Would be great if it worked.
Works really great until you try to leave for a trip only to find out you have been signed out. A headache from start to finish every time its used.
