AI chatbot sucks
new AI response system for maintenance request is unhelpful and makes communicating with maintenance a hassle. constantly summarizing things wrong and misunderstanding what I need. totally unnecessary addition of a useless unaccountable middleman. let me fill out my own maintenance request!

I am positive there’s something here: I was sent 2 confirmation emails, and given a confirmation number.

Online portal
It won’t update won’t let me get into pay my rent. It has been a headache. I’ve been trying for almost a week. This is ridiculous. Unacceptable and it is causing me problems and they’re telling me to figure it out but if it doesn’t let me in to do anything, how do you figure anything out really do not care for this very very unhappy and no one to talk to
