Worst card app ever
I hate this app so much and cannot wait for my employer to switch to a new one.

It’s okay but being able to pay certain bills you cannot do. So I have to transfer money from this card to my actual bank which takes up to 3 business days. I really wish they’d fix this issue.
Transfer time
Absolutely ridiculous there’s no option to transfer instantly. Are we living in the 1900’s? NO. SO WTF
System’s down all the time
You try to look at how much money you got and it says the system isn’t cooperating happens many times a day

Terrible
The ui is hideous and hard to manage through, there are no options/settings to manage ur card, it declines or says card error on most card readers, won’t let you transfer money out of the account to another. This card is used when lazy corporations don’t wanna spend the tiny amount of time to set up direct deposit.

Money transfer
Every time I try to do a card to card transfer it says there is some type of error it’s been doing it for a year. Very annoying!

Everytime i try to send money to another card it says system error saying its temporary but its been 2 weeks and still the same thing. Please fix this. I dont even know whats wrong but it happens every time.

i’ve been trying to log into my account for 6 months since i got my new phone. every single time it says there is a problem on the apps end. i’ve called and was told there’s nothing they can do. so i now cannot see how much money is on my card, nor check my savings account. it worked fine until i got a new phone. but i now can’t access my account at all and i have to guess if i can afford things before i purchase them.

Worst app ever. This app has been down for about a month. Is there not a tech person available to fix the issue?
App never works
This app never works. It always says “down for maintenance” or some other issue. I have been able to access my money for weeks.

Constantly not cooperating
Almost every time I try to login into the app it will bring up a screen saying “our system isn’t cooperating”. Because of this I’m constantly unable to get into the app to access my money.

Pretty good, I thought it was finna be a scam or something but it’s safe, for anyone who thinks the same way I do.

Worst app ever, never is working, you always have trouble to log in, the system is Down all the time and when you tried to call for help they do anything for you and the people its rude. Worst app.

The past two weeks I have not been able to sign in. I have funds I want to access, and can’t . fix the issue I want my money.
