Why even have an app? You can’t manage anything about your prescriptions through it. It’s absolutely useless.

I recently downloaded this app and it has helped me compare prices between different pharmacies near me accurately. It’s really easy to navigate the app and its features.

The ability to review family members data is great. I can grant access to other family members to see my data without them having to request access. Each family member can manage access to their data.
I like how the app differentiates between prior authorizations and claims, very clean.
Unfortunately the app does not allow me to refill prescriptions. That can only be done on the companion website.

Awful
I loaded and then deleted and loaded again three times and I know my credentials are correct and it spins and spins and ultimately get a message saying data can’t load and to try again. No thank you as this should not be that much work
Unresolved issues
The app does not load and consistently will not load your list of prescriptions. You cannot manage your prescriptions even when the app loads.
doesnt work 99% of time
hardly ever works updated uninstalled, reinstalled still nothing and their website is exactly the same junk junk junk

This app horrible. I have yet to have an experience where it didn’t throw a “something went wrong” error message. Then when by chance I’ve gotten the app to open, you can’t do take any action. Such as placing a recurring order. You’re better off not having an app at all!
Terrible APP
The app is terrible. I’ve used other mail service companies in the past for medication and they provide so much more information and give you so much more access to refilling, stopping, canceling, and checking your prescriptions. it would be nice if this app could tell you if your order is being processed, if your order is delayed, if your prescription has been denied, if your prescription is backordered, if you need prior authorization for a prescription, if you’re prescription ships and the tracking information. Then when I call the 800 number to ask questions they are just as clueless. I hope you improve this app and make it more user-friendly. If the app provided more information we wouldn’t have to call customer service and ask them.

This app is not working for people with Apple products.
How do you have an app where you can’t login to use it as you need to?
I saw a review dated 2 years ago and today I still scant login as I have been trying to login since last week.

Useless
No way to refill prescriptions and no way to contact or message Magellan Rx using the app. This app is completely useless.
Does not connect
Doesn’t work no matter what. Waste of time! Even after latest update still doesn’t work!! Amateur hour devs
Frustrating!
At the first of the year company recently chose the magellan RX as our prescription provider. we previously had Optum RX. It’s only February 2 and I want to go back to Optum RX.
I came to the review to see if I was the only one having issues and by all of the reviews I have read I see that I am not nor does the company read the reviews!
The app is horrible. Calling in getting through to customer service is horrible. The website is horrible. All you get are system error, technical difficulties and please repeat.
I’m calling in customer service. The recording says please hold after your phone call for a survey. Well I held on to take the survey and the customer service rep never hung up so that I could get to the survey. It was like we were teenagers, waiting for the other one to hang up.

Useless
This app is useless in terms of performance and customer service. Pages don’t load, you cannot order refills or pay for them, nor can you transfer prescriptions. What’s the point??
Useless app and Web portal
Magellan Rx is the bottom of the barrel of mail in pharmacies. Totally horrible experience it's a shame our company switched to this sub standard farce.
