It’s okay, but…
I’ve been using PrimeCentral since my employer switched our benefits plan. The app itself is fine, but it would be much more convenient if I were able to refill my medications without having to log onto the website portal each time.
I personally do not use the price-checking feature, so the app is really only useful to see my ID card and claims.

Managing my prescriptions has never been this easy. I love that I receive cost savings alert and have my digital id card at my fingertips. This app is a game changer.
Glad I Downloaded
As someone who dreads the healthcare system and skeptical of everything…This is the first and only medical app I will keep coming back to. This feels like a tool that gives the “power” back to me the patient. While sitting with my doctor I can see, live time, if the drug he is recommending is on the formulary and alternative generics and pharmacies that save me so much money. Before this app I felt reactive and at the mercy of the system, now I feel empowered and in control.

I have been waiting for an app to help me see all my prescriptions and see cheaper options! With cost rising everywhere, saving every penny matters. I love the design and colors - very easy to use!!
