Very good, but having an issue

App is very good, but having a tech issue and can’t find any tech support . I changed my password, and the face recognition stopped working. Now when I log in with my password it asks do you want to set up biometrics, I say yes, it chugs away and says all set. However when I then try to log in with biometrics the next time, it comes up with an error saying “ you set up your biometrics but you must have changed your password. I have tried deleting the biometrics and redoing it, but no luck.

Update, new update still hasn’t fixed face recognition issues. Losing a star.

Face ID is broken

Enabled Face ID last night. Tried to use it to log in today and it fails saying my password may have changed. No it hasn’t. This was happening a couple months ago when I first tried Face ID.

Constant sign in errors. I’ve never been able to log in on the app

Edit: since their significant update I have no issues signing in. It’s clear they really fixed it and made it modern. It’s very easy to use
