Easy to use
The app is easy to navigate. The tabs are clear. It does not look busy or overwhelming. The login process once established is simple. my only issue is that at times it requires a verification to use my phone which I have done previously and that might be confusing to people who are not custom to using smart phones.

Unbelievably slow recently
It’s almost not worth using lately. It’s so time consuming. To many errors try agains. Had no problems until a few months ago. Even via the browser it’s slow but better chance of actually get in and getting your info. Been reporting on this for a few months
MyBILH App
Very good and many important health record documentation, links to health info and guidance/reminders. I have seen this app improve over my 47 years of being a MAH patient.
