Love being in constant communication with my Drs
Absolutely a great way to keep track of my health. Love that I can communicate with all my Drs here. Also having the ability to get my test results and keep track of all my meds. Absolutely love this App 🙂
Singularly useless
Messages fail to send, calls are never returned. This is the most useless app I have ever tried to use. I had a simple question, ended up driving to the doctors office to get an answer.
Makes tracking all my medical stuff a breeze
I use this for tracking visits, lab results, communicating with my doctors….everything. Works flawlessly for me. I have records from several medical facilities, and everything is a click away.

Why when you update the system
you should have an
algorithm set up so patients can get immediate results.
Something simple that talks patients what to do, STEP BY STEP.
As a suggestion, you need to develop a back up plan.
Called patient servives today twice. 4 hours apart no one live to answer the phone.
Thought they could atleast send a message. Or perhaps they would know what to do.
They eirk very hard. Especially Paula.
