My family and I have been using patient Gateway since I got sick in 2020. I can’t begin to tell you how great it has been for us to be able to communicate to all of our doctors at Dana Farber and Brigham And Womens. I find it to be a very, very easy to navigate application. Thank you.

It’s a wonderful tool for those doctors who respond. Unfortunately, not all of them do. Some, never respond.

Gateway
I love the patient Gateway it allows me to keep up with my appointments. It allows me to send messages to my doctors. It allows me to see my test results. before the doctor even gets a chance to tell me I’ve already seen the results on the Gateway. I think it’s great.
Makes appointments more effective and easier to schedule
Rather than exchanging voice mails with the scheduler, we just wait for responses and move on.
I'm also able to prepare my care provider with information that I'd like to review. That should give me more "quality time."
