A really really good app!
I’ve been using this app for several years and it keeps getting better. Some of my favorite features are being able to share and coordinate information with my spouse, and to message my providers. Works great on both my phone and computer.

Best of class app in healthcare. Haven’t seen anything near as clear, informative and fast anywhere else in healthcare.
Why the reminders?
The app is okay but I have reminders for tests that have already been completed but the only option seems to be to defer them.
Also, the fact that there are separate gateway apps for different hospital
Systems is annoying. I’ve tried linking through the main MyChart but that does not work well, or really, at all.

I love the Gateway!!
I will not have any further test…I can NOT AFFORD THE COST
I turned 65… the hospital started charging me fees I can NOT afford! They are asking me to have lists of teat which I will NOT DO ..They hounded me and put my account in collections over a 200.00 bill!! No more BS!!!
Very Helpful
Saves time telephone calls often can turn into time consuming efforts to reach medical personal with questions. Text your question or issue and I've regularly received a response within a day or so.
Love Patient Gateway
I’ve been using Patient Gateway since its’ inception and it’s come a long way. It has grown into a very efficient, easy to use tool for communicating with my doctors, requesting Rx renewals and scheduling appts. I also like having visibility to my medical history.

Better to use ChatGPT instead of booking a online visit. Did help anything
Limited
This interface needs to be redesigned so patients can access information without paging through tons of empty repetitive screens. I see dozens of “encounters “ that never happened - it appears every time someone touches my chart it gets written up as if they actually spoke to me.
No standard range is ready for comparison
Could you pls list the standard range for each test items to make it easier for patients to find out whether there is any issue?
Should allow Apple or Google pay
Apple Pay and Google pay are safer. With the number of cyber attacks happening, it is not advisable to have Gateway store your credit card. So just to pay a $10 copay, I have to painfully enter my visa information. Why not allow the most common and safer payment in which Gateway never has to see my card?

Mi Dra Ptimaria excelente, e los especialistas muy bien, pienso que estoy en excelentes manos profesionales,
Pero donde no iré, es al hospital del Dolor, faulkne‼️ la única solución para mi dolor de piernas es inyectarme la columna, para calmar mi dolor. Y pienso lo que tengo es mala circulación, mis piernas cambian de colores se me inflaman no las puedo mover muchas veces, y no hay investigación de porqué me pasa esto… ⁉️para tener una solución, fui a mi país y me curaron una pierna, y ahora no puedo ir. Porque para variar me quedé sin trabajo. Así estaré no se..hasta cuando, he faltado a citas, porque el dolor es muy fuerte y ya no quiero más pastillas para el dolor. Esto es mi apreciación estoy muy bien atendido por mis médicos especialistas y mi Primaria. Atención excelente ‼️

Messages not going through
I am having a very difficult time getting my messages to go thru.
Excellent Updates On Patient Care and Progress
Received immediate updates on lab results, care notes, PT progress, care plan and discharge planning. All hospitals and rehab and skilled nursing facilities should have something like this available!

Great app
Keeps me updated and I don’t need to worry about writing anything anymore
Bad app
I am very disappointed that the patient gateway site has been downgraded. This application now will not allow you to copy Information nor send information to print. Plus I believe all information regarding test results, letter details and visits do not include All medical notes from the medical team. Please go back to the previous company or upgrade the present application.

Great and easy to use!
Such a great tool for patients.
My family and I have been using patient Gateway since I got sick in 2020. I can’t begin to tell you how great it has been for us to be able to communicate to all of our doctors at Dana Farber and Brigham And Womens. I find it to be a very, very easy to navigate application. Thank you.
