My family and I have been using patient Gateway since I got sick in 2020. I can’t begin to tell you how great it has been for us to be able to communicate to all of our doctors at Dana Farber and Brigham And Womens. I find it to be a very, very easy to navigate application. Thank you.

It’s a wonderful tool for those doctors who respond. Unfortunately, not all of them do. Some, never respond.

Gateway
I love the patient Gateway it allows me to keep up with my appointments. It allows me to send messages to my doctors. It allows me to see my test results. before the doctor even gets a chance to tell me I’ve already seen the results on the Gateway. I think it’s great.
Makes appointments more effective and easier to schedule
Rather than exchanging voice mails with the scheduler, we just wait for responses and move on.
I'm also able to prepare my care provider with information that I'd like to review. That should give me more "quality time."

This app had helped me so much over the past 7/8 years to keep my records and my children’s organized. I am so grateful to be able to have this service!
Good start, keep it moving
Info helps for most problems. And certainly for medical problems. I like the innovation of the remote visit possibilities. For the one I was just in there was some confusion as to helping me navigate through the questions. And some question. About the results which I am waiting to see.

I’ve been charged for an office visit that was never scheduled and never happened, and I’ve not received a response to my inquiries.

Suggestion to organizer
Passwords
Constantly having to enter passwords even when you check he box to remember passwords. Really tiresome. Other than that great.

I love having access to request medical records, send doctors messages refill prescriptions and request appointments without waiting on hold! Love the app!!!
Love patient gateway
Patient Gateway is extremely useful. It allows you to contact your care team with any questions. It shows all of your upcoming appointments, test results,and notes from your doctor. It keeps track of important health information and is very user friendly.
Vaccines
I find it most convenient to get my vaccinations at CVS and I always give them the information of my primary than the information to, but I always instead get reminders from MGB that I need a vaccination so clearly the communication is not happening
Staying on top of my medical issues
I love the fact that I can go online into Patient Gateway 24/7, navigating through the information with ease. I feel that I am actively participating in my medical care. I like seeing my visits both past and future, messages from my medical providers and I can retrieve medical results, sometimes before the staff has been able to inform me of such. I also like the fact that I can see trends over time for most lab tests. The best part is that I can print just about anything in my medical record.
