Frequently cannot sign in
Frequently I cannot sign in my accounts and recovery/retrieval do not work. I also cannot create account for my spouse who’s under the same insurance policy, creating challenge for us to retrieve his EOB. Extremely inconvenience and old tech stack used.

Can’t add pcp
I go to add my PCP to my profile, but after clicking on “add PCP” then finding my dr., there is no way to actually add them.
Now more time-wasting than ever to view your benefits! 🎉
