More integration with CVS Caremark please

App doesn’t show tracking number of prescription mail orders so I called BCBSMA for the first time. After various prompts to confirm my subscription, I was forwarded to CVS Caremark to provide the same information again. Then when I finally got the tracking number, it was an automated readout that didn’t pause when providing the USPS 22 digit tracking number. Needless to say, it took me 3 times to keep up and write down the tracking number. Would have saved me 10 minutes if this was just listed under our shipped prescriptions.

Total waste of my premium

Cover essential costs and dump the useless app

Disappointed

I had my premium raised over $200 a month this year. My prescription that was prior authorized through June was discontinued. My $25 a month medication is now $500 a month leaving me with the incredible increase of over $1400 a month going forward. It’s more than my mortgage. I value my h although. So I am scrimping and saving monthly toward my premiums and my medication that is life saving. It’s not sustainable. My health insurance is dictating my life expectancy. Every time we need to go to a doctor appointment blue cross blue shield is always there to cover all our health needs

Can’t sign in

Because the sign in button is greyed out, no matter what I type. What a wonderful company, I pay thousands of dollars and I can’t even access my info. I hate BCBS!!
