Can’t add pcp
I go to add my PCP to my profile, but after clicking on “add PCP” then finding my dr., there is no way to actually add them.
Now more time-wasting than ever to view your benefits! 🎉

More integration with CVS Caremark please
App doesn’t show tracking number of prescription mail orders so I called BCBSMA for the first time. After various prompts to confirm my subscription, I was forwarded to CVS Caremark to provide the same information again. Then when I finally got the tracking number, it was an automated readout that didn’t pause when providing the USPS 22 digit tracking number. Needless to say, it took me 3 times to keep up and write down the tracking number. Would have saved me 10 minutes if this was just listed under our shipped prescriptions.
