Easy to use
The app is easy to navigate. The tabs are clear. It does not look busy or overwhelming. The login process once established is simple. my only issue is that at times it requires a verification to use my phone which I have done previously and that might be confusing to people who are not custom to using smart phones.

Unbelievably slow recently
It’s almost not worth using lately. It’s so time consuming. To many errors try agains. Had no problems until a few months ago. Even via the browser it’s slow but better chance of actually get in and getting your info. Been reporting on this for a few months
MyBILH App
Very good and many important health record documentation, links to health info and guidance/reminders. I have seen this app improve over my 47 years of being a MAH patient.

Consistently errors during login
On the rare occasion when it works the app is pretty good at communication, scheduling, and viewing test results. But it consistently errors during login, 1 out of 20 it might work for me. Very frustrating since even the website does not work.
Pharmacy
It would be nice if in the app I could change the name of the pharmacy designated for specific prescriptions.

I feel since downloading this app I have a closer connection to my doctor’s and their staff. My primary care provider & nurse practitioner help set this in emotion. I couldn’t be more happy with the results, I feel more in control of my health than ever before. My mental well-being. Has never been better. So thank you to everyone involved!!❤️

Very unhappy
Without notification my appointment for July 2, 2026 at 11:15 was cancelled. I showed up for my appointment to find that it had been cancelled. THERE WAS NO NOTIFICATION WHATSOEVER.

Accessibility
I love having the access to my medical information right on hand. Recently, I was rushed to the hospital and I had to stay overnight. I had labs, ex-rays, scans and other things done, those results are not displayed in my records. At which I did need results for my labs to pass on to another doctor so now I have to go and get new labs done because they were not put on to the site.

Easily usable app
This is the best app that Exeter Hospital has ever had ! Easy to set up, easy to use. However it does have a number of incorrect dates from my past records. I have lived in Rockingham County and gone to Exeter Hospital for the past 50 years
Not clear
The system does not show all doctors
Very difficult to get into sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. I hate this portal.
It is horrible to navigate and ask me to keep changing password it keeps rejecting passwords
