Wont open anymore and I paid for it
It has crashes in the past but now It simply won’t open. I’ve tried deleting and re installing and turning my phone off on
Even with a paid subscription, it keeps crashing.
I love the filters on this app, but everytime I try to save it won’t go through- it just keeps loading until it says error or app crashes. Really disappointing as I’ve almost had it for a year and I’ve only got two photos out of it from months ago. I wish I could get a refund. This app had a lot of potential.

A Genuine Top Favorite
This app is a fantastic value, with many appealing subscription options.
I honestly haven't ever gotten bored or tired of this app since it's release in late 2018.
Any photographer can utilize this app, and it's very user-friendly.
UI is clean and loading times are close to nothing, especially for such high quality end results.
I currently have (Probably) at least 25-30 Favorite filters/effects- BUT, I myself, am extremely picky.
I have literally had no real issues, and my customer support experiences were extremely positive.
I am an avid blogger, artist, writer and (Until COVID-19) a passionate photographer-
This app has provided way more for me than most apps (Paid OR Free) ever have.
The only competition I can really think of are (MAYBE A FEW) other apps made by
Billion/Multi-Billion dollar businesses, or very well-known brands.

I have been using this app for 4 months. It was great for some photos. Nothing seemed outstandingly great app the app. It’s like the others I’ve used in the past.
I paid for a year of subscription and now it’s not working properly. I’ve tried customer support two different ways. The email doesn’t work. All I got was mail delivery problem. Then through the App Store support. It takes you to a page that only shows you what the features of the app are. No other buttons to click to get you to any support. No email or message place. Nothing. So now I feel swindled for the money I paid. Four an app that doesn’t work properly and can’t get support. Not only that, I tried loving it odd the app to restart it. To see if I can fix the problem. Now...I can’t get back into the app. Now I can’t reset my password because it is failing to do that. Very very disappointed. If you don’t want to waste your money on a disappointing app... don’t get this one.

App Freezes
I’ve been using the app for almost year and have loved it until recently. The screen freezes when I open it up so after several attempts, I just deleted it and reinstalled it. Since I already have the annual membership, it won’t allow me to get past the free trial screen. There’s no “x” to close it out. It’s no longer working and so I’m going to cancel my membership unless they fix this bug soon.
