Здравствуйте. Спасибо за ваш отзыв и приносим извинения за доставленные неудобства. Хотим пояснить, что некоторые функции приложения (включая эффекты и отдельные сервисы) загружаются с облачных серверов. Работа этих серверов может зависеть от региональных ограничений, интернет-провайдеров или сетевой инфраструктуры в конкретной стране. В некоторых регионах доступ к облачным сервисам может быть ограничен или нестабилен, что может вызывать сообщения «попробуйте позже» и невозможность применить фильтры или спецэффекты. Со своей стороны приложение работает корректно, однако мы, к сожалению, не можем повлиять на ограничения или перебои в работе сетевой инфраструктуры на стороне страны или провайдеров. Если у вас есть активная подписка, она продолжает действовать, и при восстановлении стабильного доступа к серверам функции снова будут работать автоматически. Если проблема сохраняется, пожалуйста, свяжитесь с нами через поддержку в приложении — мы постараемся помочь и проверить вашу ситуацию индивидуально. Спасибо за понимание.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, but we would like to clarify some important points because the information in this review is not correct. Our app uses only official Apple App Store subscriptions. We do not process payments ourselves and we do not have access to your card details. All subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple and are always visible in your Apple ID settings under: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions Every subscription can be cancelled at any time directly through your Apple account. We have never stated that cancelling is impossible, because that would be incorrect. Developers cannot prevent users from cancelling App Store subscriptions. If you do not see the subscription in your account, it usually means: • You may be signed in with a different Apple ID • The purchase was made on another Apple account • There is a billing issue that only Apple Support can resolve For any billing or refund requests, Apple is the only party that can issue refunds since they handle all payments. You can contact them at: reportaproblem.apple.com If you are not receiving Pro access after an active subscription, please contact us directly through in-app support and we will gladly help restore your purchase. We take accusations of fraud very seriously, and we want to reassure everyone that all payments are processed securely through Apple’s system. We’re here to help.
