Super clunky and buggy update
Never had problems with previous versions. Current version as of 6/5/26 is buggy. Keeps randomly refreshing screen mid-scroll/mid-ordering and bringing you back to location selection page. Couldn’t submit my order due to this.
Also, agree with another review here. Previous layout was much better - easier to see everything and navigate efficiently.

Broken
The version as of this review is horribly broken. Every couple of uses it stops being able to load the menu. It just hands on a white page. Closing and reopening does not fix it. Fully power cycling the phone does not fix it. The only fix is to delete the app and data then reinstall. This needs fixing ASAP.

app update is so bad
The new app update is so bad it’s basically unusable
They ruined it
This app worked exactly as expected for a while. Suddenly they started pushing out redesigns almost constantly, and now the app is nearly unusable. A real shame
Slow and Buggy
The older versions of the app were great! You were able to see all your past orders and quickly reorder; however with the latest update they only show the last 4 favorites which makes it useless if you order for multiple people. Making matters worse the app is sllloowww to refresh after adding things to your cart, and finally I’ve given up because the app doesn’t load nearby locations half the time just showing a white loading screen forever. Uninstalling and reinstalling helped in the past, but now that doesn’t even work… happens both on wifi and off WiFi. There is also no way to get support if your order is missing an item or prepared incorrectly

Never works
This app almost never works for me. The website in my browser works fine but this app is not worth downloading
Terrible App
I never had issues ordering from the normal website. Now they make you order through this app but it keeps crashing or never loads. Not worth ordering from there any more with these issues
Newest update sucks pls fix
App used to be flawless, now it is crazy buggy, please roll back. Also that chicken schnitzel salad special was great.

Not functional
Pressed got rid of their online order option which was always so smooth and quick. Tried the app and spent 15 minutes on my order, set up my account, order will not go through it just keeps telling me to try again in a few minutes. Terrible app and complete waste of my time.
Great Restaurant, Unusable App
Love the restaurant. But the app blocks users who use internet VPNs for security. Look, I’m fine with prying eyes knowing I’m ordering food. But I can’t go and turn it off on my phone and expose -all my other- traffic in the background.

Trying to order, been here many times, now I have to solve a puzzle over and over. Also use of gifts card in app seems to be impossible
Doesn’t work
I’ve tried several times to checkout but there’s always an error message and there’s no Apple Pay/paypal integration.
No ApplePay?
I would love to use this app, as it's quite smooth and easy to use, but for some reason I can't get Apple Pay to work or even be acknowledged. I have to use the website to get that. Very strange.
Would be nice if it worked
I tried to place an online order twice and it was rejected twice each due to an issue with multiple credit cards. I used one of those cards in the cafe without any problem.

New App has IP Addresses issues
Ever since pressed updated to the new app, I frequently get blocked from ordering with a message “Access was denied. Usage of this app is restricted to North America”. I’ve determined that is because they use your IP address to get your location (why does this matter?). And whatever database the app is using is out of date, as the IP Address is one from the US. However some out of date databases show that it was at one point assigned somewhere in Europe. This is a super silly restriction to have in place, and then to use out of date databases that prevent me from ordering is really problematic.

Food Amazing & Rewards Not So Much
Absolutely love pressed always my go to spot on the weekend but there is no loyalty program which is unfortunate. If they had one this would instantly go to 5 stars.
Step Backwards
Bring back the old app. This new app is not user-friendly. Trying to do too much with two little screen space.
