Where the option to read for free with your local library?

Pretty much excellent

I use mine through the local public library, and it’s the best thing the council do. Good range of newspapers and magazines available. Shame you can’t filter by language/country. Also, screenshots are limited to 4, which is v low, 8 would be better.

Paper and digital Guardian

If I pay for the paper Guardian which is expensive, I should have free access to the online version. To have to pay twice is unreasonable.
