Lost money, didn’t get paid
I did my first shop to make $8, but had to spend $25 that they stated would be fully reimbursed. Nothing came in so I sent them an email. They tried placing the blame on the original poster, but ironically I was almost immediately paid the $8, still not the $25 though. I reached out to the original poster and got no response. I messaged prestoshopper and they sent me a message right away placing the blame on anyone else. I did as I was instructed and lost money.

Garbage
I was not paid for a shop because an employee was looking at my camera when I took the pic of the counter. When you take a pic of a counter at a fast food restaurant, of course employees are going to be looking at you. Would Ipsos rather have five customers standing in the way of the counter, so I can’t get a good view of it? Nowhere in the instructions does it say that your shop will be rejected if an employee is looking at you when you take a picture. iPods is run by a bunch of Libtard DEI fools

Better Mystery Shopping Services
I’ve been a mystery shopper for 5 years and have never had the displeasure of performing an assignment to not be paid (whether due to a rejection or other reason). That is until I started working with Presto.
The first few shops went fine, until I performed a shop with a technical error. I reached out to support over this error, and the initial response was, “You did not complete that section. The shop has expired now.” I’m unsure if they even read my support request, or if it even reached a real person. The request stated that the section was marked as incomplete despite full completion.
Edit: I have changed my review to 3 stars. My issue was finally worked out and I was paid. I appreciate that the issue was solved. I am, however, not willing to give full marks due to this error occurring in the first place alongside the slow customer support responses.

This will cost you money, not make you money!!
The Presto surveys will add in questions not in the instructions that they can then use to reject your survey. Since it is reimbursement only you are then out the money you spent for the purchase. Use the actual shopper sites (Sassie, APC, etc) to get legitimate surveys that don’t scam you into spending money.

It just says “Loading the survey…” forever. Probably because I have Lockdown Mode on.
Finds any Reason to Reject Shop
This site finds absolutely any reason to reject your shop. I am a shopper across multiple mystery shopping sites and have always gotten great scores and payment. This shop is really strict and will find any reason to reject the shop. I am deleting this app and sticking to my usual shopper sites.

It's so bad they are using shills to write positive reviews. I am actually using the website instead of the app. That's how useless they've made it. It's really funny that they're blaming Apple for this bucket of tripe.

I noticed some people complained about this APP when the real problem, according to those reviews, had to do with an issue they had with a company who had jobs/audits listed and/or completed with this APP.
Issues with editors checking your work, etc., for a job completed has nothing to do with this APP. Those reviews were not fair or relevant in that respect.
The APP works very well, but has occasional glitches with updates to job forms and the like. The same happens with most APPs used this frequently with many companies using it and the high number of jobs/audits listed nationally. These issues get addressed and corrected in a timely manner.
I am very satisfied with this tool and have received the support I have needed in a short time.

This app has become garbage! Nothing shows up on the board, it’s become so confusing to use it.

Not user friendly
It is miserable to use this app. The computer site is not much better.
Terrible: Won’t even load
No updates available. Replies from support are not supportive.
Never do Insta Jobs
When your correctly completed shop is rejected and you appeal it, you will get pushed back and forth between presto and the mystery shopping company. You will never get a straight answer and you will get your time and compensation stolen from you.
Glitchy
It will just randomly stop working so you can’t search or complete jobs. Have had to uninstall and reinstall 6 times in the last 2 weeks due to the dreaded flat white or blue screen when nothing else helped.
Randomly Restricted
I used to love this app. Easy way to make some money on the side. They paid fast and were pretty fair in their evaluations.
Then I was randomly blocked from claiming anything on the app. I tried calling the support team, number doesn’t even ring, just hangs up on you.
I emailed the support team and didn’t receive a reply. Tried again after a few weeks and got this reply:
“Thank you for reaching out. You have been restricted from projects on Presto due to issues with prior reports.”
No actual explanation as to what is wrong. I explained that this doesn’t make sense. I completed my shops on time, had a very high acceptance rate and good shopper rating.
But I was not provided any further information or reason. Literally one of the worst, least helpful support teams I’ve ever encountered. Shady to just ban you without any communication as to why.
