Locations
I love how I can get a better idea of location of jobs by using the map. Lots of jobs to choose from.
This app is horrible.
I can not find any jobs since they app this app. My income has declined to like ten percent of what I was making before they added this app. It always freeze up when I get to a location too. Worst app I ever had to use.
Presto Shopper
I will say I liked the previous version better. However, due to the fact that there are many other mystery shopping companies that have teamed up with Presto (eg; Sassie and Hb Brands ect) they have had to update.
I will say though , the only problem is emails I have some different emails from different companies and it’s very hard to change so it’s the same email as either Presto or PayPal.

Crashes and map is erratic
I only use this app when I absolutely have to. It periodically crashes, I think there’s a memory leak associated with uploading pictures because I’ve noticed when I do it on a website rather than using this app not only does it generally complete faster, but also my data usage for the month is lower. God help you if you open the map in a moving vehicle. By the time the pins get dropped, the map will decide to move you removing all pins and reloading the page because why not.

New to this app but enjoying it as wellZ. App is easy to use. Surprised at how quick some shops pay out. I look forward to learning more on how to maximize my earnings
Hard to select, conflicting requirements
It is difficult to choose shops on the map, it keeps jumping around to other areas. I have learned to take screenshots of jobs I am selecting because it will state one time frame in the descriptions, and another in the shop details.

Handy way to find gig jobs
The app works great 98% of the time. There are times when it says I’m off-line, but I’m in my own home on Wi-Fi. I’m not sure how that happens!
I like being able to find jobs in my area. I appreciate that the photos are also saved in my camera roll, in case something goes wrong on the app.

The app is OK and convenient. But when I receive emails there are shops in the emails. They don’t show up on the app and I don’t understand why.

The app UX is good. I love the GPS Verifier and my Jobs section.
Lost money, didn’t get paid
I did my first shop to make $8, but had to spend $25 that they stated would be fully reimbursed. Nothing came in so I sent them an email. They tried placing the blame on the original poster, but ironically I was almost immediately paid the $8, still not the $25 though. I reached out to the original poster and got no response. I messaged prestoshopper and they sent me a message right away placing the blame on anyone else. I did as I was instructed and lost money.

Garbage
I was not paid for a shop because an employee was looking at my camera when I took the pic of the counter. When you take a pic of a counter at a fast food restaurant, of course employees are going to be looking at you. Would Ipsos rather have five customers standing in the way of the counter, so I can’t get a good view of it? Nowhere in the instructions does it say that your shop will be rejected if an employee is looking at you when you take a picture. iPods is run by a bunch of Libtard DEI fools

Better Mystery Shopping Services
I’ve been a mystery shopper for 5 years and have never had the displeasure of performing an assignment to not be paid (whether due to a rejection or other reason). That is until I started working with Presto.
The first few shops went fine, until I performed a shop with a technical error. I reached out to support over this error, and the initial response was, “You did not complete that section. The shop has expired now.” I’m unsure if they even read my support request, or if it even reached a real person. The request stated that the section was marked as incomplete despite full completion.
Edit: I have changed my review to 3 stars. My issue was finally worked out and I was paid. I appreciate that the issue was solved. I am, however, not willing to give full marks due to this error occurring in the first place alongside the slow customer support responses.

This will cost you money, not make you money!!
The Presto surveys will add in questions not in the instructions that they can then use to reject your survey. Since it is reimbursement only you are then out the money you spent for the purchase. Use the actual shopper sites (Sassie, APC, etc) to get legitimate surveys that don’t scam you into spending money.
