Booked a taxi on line 4 days before we needed it to go to a wedding the taxi was 15 mins late

On a quiet day this app is brilliant and yet I've never been able to get it to work on a busy one. On a Saturday night I can only ever get “the whirling wheel of doom” Im pretty sure they just turn it off!!
Oh, and never had an app that I’ve had to confirm my identity and log back into so often.
