Poor reading experience
I subscribed to Prima digital and downloaded the app thinking the reading experience would be like the Kindle app which gives you an exact replica of the magazine. No such luck,
Prima’s own app is nothing like reading a magazine, more akin to scrolling a website. Same text and pictures but looks completely different.

Subscription
I’m unable to use the telephone so trying to cancel my subscription by email is probably the hardest thing I’ve had to do …ever!
The customer service team take an absolute age to respond and their virtual assistant service is hopeless. The only way to do this is to call them, one would assume it’s because they want to talk you out of not cancelling.
It’s just been so difficult that I will never again subscribe to anything, particularly a magazine.

Does not update for days
I enjoy the content whilst it is working including reading on of the newspapers and doing the puzzles but currently both are stuck on the same content from 3 days ago
Puzzled!
I paid for access to the puzzles and a subscription. I no longer have magazine subscription but I only wanted the puzzles anyway. So I was charged twice!

What is better than making a cuppa and sitting down when the house is quiet and indulging myself reading my monthly Prima from cover to cover covering all kinds of things
Don’t take a break
I stopped getting Prima very reluctantly a few years t, quite a few because I was on a tight budget but now I’ve come back and things have changed and I’m not sure i like it…how often should you clean door handles? Make a Mother’s Day gift from pine cones ? …what?

Unable to access latest edition
In spite of contacting customer services on numerous occasions, I am unable to access the February edition. I am being told that my subscription does not exist which is untrue and need to pay £4.99.
After deleting and reinstalling the app as instructed, I am now being asked to pay £4.99 for back editions! Giving up now.

No Access
Although I have set up the app and subscription as directed I cannot read the magazine. I just get a message to say that I don’t have access and £3.99 underneath!
App not updating
Have not received the latest issue for last two months and no customer service assistance. Have had to cancel subscription .
Woeful
Still no help getting my digital subscription sorted, its been a month since my money was taken from iTunes and no help whatsoever.

Have been a subscriber for a couple of years and since a recent update, cannot access any full versions.
Have been told to uninstall app, change my password etc. Done all of those and still no good. Now no reply after 3 days. Will not renew my subscription.

Not as good as it was
Have had this for at least 2 years and it was great. I got Prima Makes as well as Prima, along with a GH Christmas special and other one offs.
It was updated recently and I could only access the 6 most recent issues of Prima. Now I can access the last 12 months but none of the other magazines are there and everything I saved has gone. I want to be able to access all the magazines I've read and saved articles from.
How is this an improvement?
Also, it kept telling me I wasn't a subscriber when I am. Customer support told me to delete the app and reinstall which didn't solve the problem. Eventually had to find my login details, logout and back in again. Now most times I go back to carry on reading, I have to log out again and log back in.

Disappointed
Cannot open an issue as apparently I'm not a subscriber when actually I am. Can't find how to login either. I have to delete the app and re download which is ridiculous. Getting totally fed up. Won't be renewing my subscription
12 months
NOT happy that issues disappear after 12 months. If I had known that I would have bought any in the first place. Certainly won't be buying any now.
Where's all my magazines gone?
I bought a subscription to Zest and Prima on my iPad so I could read them when I was traveling but now that I'm away all of my purchased copies have been removed and I'm being asked to pay for them again if I want to view them.
I hope this is a bug and not for real, no response yet on my support request though.

Good but no free samples!
I love Prima but as app it doesn't really work if, like me, you enjoy the free gifts and samples yet have to pay the same price.
