Poor reading experience
I subscribed to Prima digital and downloaded the app thinking the reading experience would be like the Kindle app which gives you an exact replica of the magazine. No such luck,
Prima’s own app is nothing like reading a magazine, more akin to scrolling a website. Same text and pictures but looks completely different.

I’m unable to use the telephone so trying to cancel my subscription by email is probably the hardest thing I’ve had to do …ever!
The customer service team take an absolute age to respond and their virtual assistant service is hopeless. The only way to do this is to call them, one would assume it’s because they want to talk you out of not cancelling.
It’s just been so difficult that I will never again subscribe to anything, particularly a magazine.
